When Are ProStart® Events

2020 - 2021 • Events and Dates for 2020-2021 may change due to concerns or restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Missouri ProStart Events and Dates:

August 28, 2020 • 2020-2021 Missouri Assurance Agreements due to prostart@stateofcreation.com  (This form will be released on the MoEFACS listserv in late July 2020).

September 4, 2020 • New ProStart educators should have registered with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
Current ProStart program educators should check to make sure your registration still allows access to www.chooserestaurants.org and the HUB.

October - November 2020 • Missouri ProStart Educator Training – Time and Format to be determined.

October - November 2020 • NRAEF ProStart Annual Survey takes place. All ProStart programs are required to complete the survey.

January 22, 2021 • ​Missouri ProStart Invitational Entry documents due by end of business day to prostart@stateofcreation.com.

January 29, 2021 • ​Culinary and Management Teams submit required competition documents by end of business day to prostart@stateofcreation.com.

February 18, 2021 • ​Missouri ProStart Invitational – Registration and Orientation – Oasis Hotel and Convention Center, Springfield, MO.

February 19, 2021 • ​Missouri ProStart Invitational – Competition and Awards – Oasis Hotel and Convention Center, Springfield, MO.

National ProStart Invitationals:
